2. What we sell
Digital products: the Modunia module for PrestaShop, workflows to import into n8n, and the renewal of updates. Each product page says what is delivered and what you need on your side.
3. Prices
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at payment according to your country and your status. Businesses in another European Union country who give a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT, the tax being due by them (reverse charge).
4. Order and payment
An order is confirmed when the payment is accepted. We accept cards and PayPal. We never see or store your card numbers: payment is handled by our provider.
5. Delivery
Delivery is immediate and electronic. You receive an e-mail with the download link and, for the module, the licence key. The same files stay available in your account, on the My licences page.
6. Right of withdrawal
For digital content delivered at once, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when the download starts, provided you agreed to it when ordering. You give that agreement by ticking the box before payment. As long as you have not downloaded the file, the right stands and we refund on request.
7. Guarantee
We guarantee that the product matches its description and works on the versions stated. If a defect appears, write to us: we fix it, and if a fix is not possible within a reasonable time, we refund. This legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years from delivery.
8. Updates and support
Buying the module includes 12 months of updates and e-mail support. After that, the module keeps working and the versions already downloaded stay usable. Renewal costs €49 per year; it is never automatic and no recurring payment is set up.
9. Licence
One key activates one store in production. Local, test and staging copies do not use it. The licence says what you may do and what is forbidden, in particular reselling and redistribution.
10. Refund and cancellation
A refund or a cancelled order ends the right of use: the key is revoked and the module stops sending data at its next check. Your store itself keeps working normally.
11. Liability
Modunia sends data to the n8n address you choose. What your n8n and your AI do with that data is yours. We are not responsible for content produced by an AI, nor for what a workflow you wrote or changed does. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
12. Applicable law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of your country of residence. In case of disagreement, write to us first. You may then contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP) or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
